All quotes and consultations are absolutely 100% free. Once we receive your information we will call to discuss your website or other web project.

As we do not use formal contracts through email we consider all verbal and or email agreements as a contract in good faith.

Once a site has been started and hosting accounts set up you may not cancel. As money is spent for hosting and graphics up front we do not accept cancelations after initial account set-up so BE SURE. The full amount as agreed will be due even if you do not accept your website delivery. We do not ask for money up front but we ask that you honor your agreements that you made in good faith.

Not responsible for delays beyond out control, i.e. Power outages, hosting outages, information delivery delays by customer, and anything else beyond our control including acts of God.
